IMPLANTS

What is an implant?

An implant is an artificial root that looks like a screw and is fixed in the bone. It is either titanium or zirconia, two very resistant biocompatible materials. The implant integrates with the framework and forms a solid base for receiving an artificial tooth or denture. It can even restore an entire mouth. The use of implants makes it possible to replace lost teeth. Their aesthetics, function, and feel are almost identical to natural teeth.

Easier, faster and more comfortable care.

The implant prevents several problems:

  • Loss of bone
  • Rocks neighboring teeth
  • Extrusion of antagonistic teeth
  • Bone resorption
  • Sinus hyperpneumatization
  • Replacement of one or more missing teeth
  • Support for a prosthesis

The conditions for having a dental implant

To make an implant, your gums must be healthy and have a jaw bone base strong enough to support the implant.

In the opposite case, periodontal treatments to treat the gums and regenerate the lost bone can be undertaken prior to the implant.

Our constant pursuit of perfection and the pursuit of continuous training guarantee our patients a very high success rate. Before undertaking implants, we carry out very precise radiological investigations and our working methods are rigorous and constantly refined.

In addition to having a degree in dentistry and orthodontics, Dr. Ghali is pursuing continuing education in implantology in the United States to stay abreast of the latest developments and techniques in the field.
