Step 1

Brush your teeth 3 times a day and don't forget to brush your tongue: bacteria also accumulate there.

Step 2

Floss morning and evening for 7 days as deeply as possible, carefully contouring the tooth. After seven days, you can silk once a day, ideally in the evening.

Step 3

Rinse your mouth twice daily with Oro-Clense after brushing and flossing. Use it for 7 days in a row. (follow the instructions for use on the bottle)

Step 4

After 7 days, you can rinse your mouth 1 time per day with alcohol-free antibacterial mouthwash

After treatment, it is possible to experience Sensitivity on the gums of the teeth that have been treated. You can rinse your mouth with saline several times a day (1/2 tsp in a glass of warm water). This will speed healing and decrease sensitivity.

Using Oro-Clense mouthwash may cause stains to form on your teeth. Fortunately, these will easily come off when you polish your teeth.
